Return & Refund Policy
- i) At ANIS’s rare handpicked collection, each fabric, goes through a thorough quality check to ensure, accurate measurements, defect free materials with color matching.
- ii) We accept returns only in the case of damaged products. Otherwise we do not provide any return or refund.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
a] We will entertain such a complaint, only if it is reported within 24 hours of receipt of parcel and on providing a 360 degree unedited full video of opening the parcel showing the address details and defect in good lighting.b] The tags on the product should be intact.c] The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched and in undamaged condition.d] In case of return, we do not have a return pickup facility, hence the parcel has to be sent by the customer to our address.
REFUNDS
- We will inform you, once we have received your return and let you know, if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within the next 5-7 Business days. Please remember, it might take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.

v] Some particular type of fabrics suffer Inherent color bleeding for a few washes .Only dry wash Recommended.
